such a burden you I feel sorry for you but also proud bc you still stick around which means you are indeed a true friend ^_^
anyway just tell her that its fun being a kid, dont have much responsibilities and you have so much to explore the only downside about being a a young teen is not having money >_> and if you want something your parents have to approve bc its their money, dont grow up too quick just have fun enjoy your days in school talk about movies, anime and just hangout at the park or something.

I'm sure she will not be suicidal at all. You don't have to stop talking to her completely, just stop doing things with her and find some new friends that think the same way as you
